Jotform AI Agents are chat, voice, phone and messaging agents inside Jotform’s form platform; to fill in a form, an agent uses a form in your Jotform account. Tellfully adds an optional voice assistant to the form already on your website and leaves its delivery as it is. If your form already lives in Jotform, its agent is the natural choice: Tellfully doesn’t support Jotform forms.

Jotform AI Agents
Tellfully
What it is
AI agents inside Jotform’s form and workflow platform. They answer questions and guide people through filling in forms.[1]
An optional voice assistant for supported forms on your website. Visitors speak or type, answer follow-up questions and review the answers.
Where your form lives
To fill in a form, an agent uses a form in your Jotform account. You can bring an existing form in by importing it from its web page (Jotform also has Google Forms and Typeform importers) or by rebuilding it. The agent then fills that copy, not the form already on your site. Agents can also start from scratch or a template.[2][7][8][9][10]
On your website, as a standard HTML form. Tellfully can also host a standalone conversational form.
Channels
Website chat, voice calls in the browser, phone, WhatsApp, SMS and more.[1][3][5]
Your website only. Visitors speak or type in the assistant beside your form.
Missing details
The chatbot “ensures that users don’t miss any mandatory fields by prompting them to fill out missing information before submission.”[4]
Asks a follow-up question about details your form still needs, before the visitor reviews.
Submitting
People submit your Jotform form during the conversation.[6]
Tellfully fills your form once the visitor has checked the answers. The visitor uses your original submit button, and your delivery stays the same. Email addresses and phone numbers are confirmed on screen.
Where answers go
Your Jotform account. Phone, voice and text conversations are stored for review, along with any form data submitted.[6]
Wherever your form already sends them. Tellfully doesn’t change that delivery.
Beyond the form
Answers from a knowledge base you provide. Actions such as Google Calendar appointments, emails, Slack messages and workflows.[1][3]
Focused on completing the form. Standalone forms can deliver to connected tools and, optionally, offer appointment booking after submission.
Voice and language
Nearly 20 languages to choose from as the agent’s default, and visitors can ask it to switch languages mid-conversation. You choose the voice’s accent, gender and tone.[3][11][12]
Google Gemini processes live voice. You choose the conversation language, or let it follow the visitor.
Setup
Bring the form into Jotform, or start without one, then embed the agent on your site as a page embed, chatbot, WordPress plugin, lightbox or popup.[3][7]
Connect your form, test a conversation, publish, then add one snippet to the page with your form. Custom forms may need developer help.
Pricing
Free Starter plan: 5 agents, 100 conversations and 50 voice minutes a month. List prices on October 4, 2026: Bronze, Silver and Gold at $39, $49 and $129 a month billed monthly, or $34, $39 and $99 a month billed yearly, with 100, 200 and 300 voice minutes. Promotions vary, so the price you’re offered may be lower. Free-plan forms carry Jotform branding.[5]
A free trial, with no card required and no automatic subscription. Pilot pricing is $49 per month; launch prices are still being finalized. See pricing.
Worth knowing
Voice minutes are shared between browser voice calls and phone calls. Monthly sessions, which count chatbot views, page refreshes and phone call starts, have their own allowance: 10,000 on the free plan and 100,000 to 2,000,000 on paid plans.[5]
Doesn’t support forms embedded from another service in an iframe, or Typeform, Tally, Fillout or Jotform forms. Doesn’t dispatch emergency help, and we don’t recommend it for medical or legal intake. See compatibility.
What they have in common
Both turn form filling into a conversation, both work by voice in the browser, and both prompt people for details the form still needs. Both have a free way to start.
Where they differ
A form platform, or an assistant for your form
Jotform is a full form platform: you build the form, store the submissions, and add an agent that can also answer questions and take actions.[1] Tellfully does one narrower job. It helps visitors complete the form you already have.
Keeping the form you have
To fill in a form, a Jotform agent uses a form in your Jotform account.[2] If your quote form is on WordPress or another site today, you’d bring it into Jotform by importing it from its web page or rebuilding it; Jotform also has importers for Google Forms and Typeform.[8][9][10] The agent then fills that copy, not the form already on your site, so you’d also set up where its submissions go. That can be worth it, especially if you want Jotform’s other tools. Tellfully works on the existing form instead, so the fields, submit button and delivery your team relies on stay the same. Removing the Tellfully snippet leaves your original form as it was.
Many channels, or your website
Jotform agents can answer on your website, by phone, by SMS and in messaging apps.[1][5] Tellfully works only on your website. If you want one agent across all of those channels, Jotform covers more ground.
Your submit button and contact checks
With Tellfully, the answers go into the form already on your page, and the visitor submits it with your own button, so your delivery stays the same. Before that, the visitor confirms their email address and phone number on screen. Agreeing out loud doesn’t count as confirmation, because a misheard character means nobody can reply.
Choose Jotform AI Agents if…
Your forms are already in Jotform, or you’re happy to build them there.
You want one agent across website chat, voice, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
You want the agent to answer questions from your own knowledge base, too.
You want a free plan to start, or agents in nearly 20 languages.
Choose Tellfully if…
Your inquiry form lives on your own website, and its delivery already works.
You don’t want to rebuild the form or reconnect where submissions go.
You want your original submit button and delivery to stay the same.
You want email addresses and phone numbers confirmed on screen.
You want to remove it later without touching your form.
Tellfully is new, and we don’t have customer results to share yet. The fairest test is the form you have: try Tellfully on a test page, check that a test request reaches your usual inbox, and compare it with what moving to Jotform would involve.
No. Tellfully doesn’t support Jotform forms or other forms embedded from another service. If your form is in Jotform, its own AI agents are the better fit.
Do I need to move my form to Jotform to use Jotform AI Agents?
To fill in a form, a Jotform agent uses a form in your Jotform account. You can import an existing form from its web page, use Jotform’s Google Forms or Typeform importers, or rebuild it. The agent fills that Jotform copy, not the form already on your site. Agents can also work without a form, starting from scratch or a template.
Does Jotform AI Agents support voice on a website?
Yes. Jotform offers voice calls in the browser as well as phone calls, and the monthly voice minutes are shared between the two.
Which one costs less?
Jotform has a free Starter plan with 50 voice minutes a month. Its list prices for paid plans start at $34 a month billed yearly or $39 billed monthly, and promotions vary. Tellfully has a free trial with no card required; its pilot pricing is $49 a month, and launch prices are still being finalized.
Do both ask about missing information?
Yes. Jotform’s chatbot prompts for missing mandatory fields before submission. Tellfully asks follow-up questions about details your form still needs, then shows the answers for review.
