A few things to know.
Do I have to replace my form?
No. Tellfully adds an optional voice assistant to a supported form you already have. Your fields, submit button and usual delivery stay in place, and removing the snippet leaves your form exactly as it was. Custom widgets and third-party embedded forms may need a developer; check compatibility. If you don’t have a form, you can create a standalone one.
Does every visitor need to use voice?
No. Visitors can type instead, switch from voice to the keyboard at any time, or fill in your form as usual. They review their answers before submitting.
What does it cost?

Will it book jobs or quote prices?
No. Tellfully collects the request for your team to follow up. It doesn’t set prices or promise a response time. You can optionally offer appointment booking after a standalone request is submitted.
Will Tellfully get me more inquiries?
We don’t promise a particular increase; it depends on your visitors and your form. Tellfully gives visitors an easier way to finish it and captures useful details. You can compare your original form with the voice assistant using the built-in experiment and count the submissions your website receives.
What happens to my demo answers?
Use made-up details. Demo conversations never reach a business and expire after 30 minutes. Voice is processed by Google Gemini, and Tellfully doesn’t record audio. The privacy notice explains what we measure.

What counts as a conversation?
A completed conversation is a visitor’s reviewed answers returned to your form, or a completed standalone submission. It isn’t a guaranteed inquiry. Trials count completed conversations and live voice minutes, including abandoned voice connections. Paid plans count completed conversations; test conversations don’t use the paid allowance. Setup previews have a separate 20-minute monthly voice allowance.
