These terms describe use of Tellfully, provided by Levine Technology Solutions, Inc. Questions: support@tellfully.com.

Using the service

Tellfully helps businesses collect and organize information through conversational forms and optional voice assistance. You are responsible for your account, authorized team access, and the forms and connections you configure. Use the service only for lawful purposes and only on websites and provider accounts you are authorized to manage.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for your form content and submissions. You authorize Levine Technology Solutions, Inc. and the service providers needed for enabled features to process that information to operate the service. You must provide appropriate notices and obtain any permissions required for your use. Do not use Tellfully to collect passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or information outside your authorized purpose.

AI and review

AI can misunderstand speech, omit details, or produce incorrect answers. Review questions before publication and check captured answers before relying on them. Tellfully does not guarantee inquiry accuracy, conversion improvement, a sale, eligibility, professional advice, or a response from a business. Optional appointment or calling features require their own successful confirmation.

Existing forms and connected services

Voice assistance fills supported controls and leaves submission to the visitor. Your original website and connected providers remain responsible for their own behavior. Compatibility varies by site, browser, security settings, and provider. Third-party services have their own terms and availability.

Trials, plans, and payment

Trial limits and paid prices are shown in the service. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions require checkout, where recurring charges are presented. Included allowances and optional overages follow the selected plan. Manage subscriptions and cancellation through Plan & usage. Deleting an inquiry does not reverse usage or payments. Contact support about billing disputes or refund requests.

Availability and ending use

Service availability and AI/provider behavior may change or be interrupted. Access may be limited for exhausted allowances, unpaid subscriptions, abuse, or security needs. You may stop using the service and use account/workspace deletion controls. Cancel active subscriptions before deleting a workspace. Export needed data first; deletion does not recall previously delivered copies.
