FROM ONE WARM BEDROOM TO A NEW SYSTEM

Start with what the system is doing.

Visitors describe what they notice. Your technicians bring the expertise. Collect the context your team uses to plan the first call.

01 / REPAIRS

“The AC is blowing warm air.”

Ask what the system is doing, what kind it is and whether it affects the whole home. Capture the visitor’s observations; your team decides what they mean.

02 / REPLACEMENTS

“Our furnace is about 20 years old.”

Collect the current setup, why the visitor is thinking about replacing it and when they’d like the work done. Your team confirms sizing, options and pricing.

03 / MAINTENANCE

“We’re due for a tune-up.”

Ask which systems need service and when a visit would suit the visitor. Your team confirms the appointment through your usual process.

BEFORE YOU PUT IT ON YOUR SITE

Questions from the HVAC side.

Will it bring more HVAC calls to my website?

No. Tellfully doesn’t sell leads or bring traffic. It helps visitors who are already on your site explain the problem and complete your service request form.

What if a visitor doesn’t know what kind of system they have?

They can say they’re not sure. Make the system-type question optional or accept an unknown answer. Your team can confirm the equipment on the call or at the visit.

Can one form cover repairs, replacements and maintenance?

Yes. Set up your form’s fields and questions around the services you offer. A visitor asking about a replacement can describe the current system and their timing; a tune-up request can name the systems that need service.

Does it diagnose the problem or tell visitors what to do?

No. Tellfully records what the visitor describes. It doesn’t diagnose equipment, suggest repairs or give safety instructions. Keep your own emergency guidance and phone number visible on your page.

Will it send a technician or confirm a visit?

No. Tellfully records the visit time the visitor asks for, and your team confirms availability and pricing. On your existing form, it doesn’t book or confirm appointments. It does not dispatch emergency service.

Can visitors type instead of speaking?

Yes. Voice is optional. Visitors can type in the conversation or fill in your original form, and they review the answers before submitting.

Do I have to replace my website form?

No. Tellfully adds an optional voice assistant to supported forms. Your fields, submit button and delivery stay in place; custom forms may need developer help. Check compatibility.
